Board

Up Board By-Laws Guest App.
Routine business and annual planning is normally accomplished by  meetings of the Board of Directors, separate from the Monthly Membership Meetings.  Meetings will be the last tuesday of every month unless otherwise announced by the Pres.   Locations may vary... check with The Prez.  The Board will operate on an annual basis, commencing August 1 and ending July 31 of each year.  The Board will develop an Annual Budget based on anticipated dues, fines, and potential charges or assessments to cover the cost of monthly meetings, annual club awards and to supplement the Annual Tournament and Dinner/Dance as necessary.  The Board will establish the amount of annual dues, review/approve membership applications, and act as final arbiter on any club disputes.  See By-Laws for details.
