The ByLaws (Article IX, X, and XI) contain some important information to review when developing a tournament plan: ie.  What prizes should be given.  Guests cannot win Tournament Low Gross, Low Net, Low Putts or Hacker, although special prizes may be awarded to guests for those achievements.
